At SPORTSIFY, we believe in delivering a curriculum that brings in basic sports education in a systematic, gradual and scientific pedagogy at the school level and identifies and develops professional sportsperson in any line of sport. We administer the entire value-chain from being a sports enthusiast to a professional sporting icon of India (at District, State or National Level). SPORTSIFY Classrooms is run by the experts who have hands on experience in professional sporting or have extensively trained under them. Our panel includes professional players, coaches, umpires, trainers, etc. who guide the student about the sport and its advantages for them.

SPORTSIFY in collaboration with the schools wishes to develop their brands into a sports-related education hub, along with their routine academics, thereby adding altogether a new paradigm to the school. This adds value to the school and to its brand equity over the years. It not only trains the student but also helps them decide their career choices, based on the core competencies of every student and a unique mentorship programme to achieve them.

We are a firm believer that every student is unique and they all will have some career to pursue in future, our coaches and mentors help them realize their core identities and lead them all the way to their probable careers post-schooling. Whether it is in the field of sports, government jobs, industry, professions, etc., they will be following their passion and be more pragmatic in their approach towards life and career. This is because sporting talents are limited in number and not all will excel in it, but that does not mean that they are of no good, it is only that they need that bit of guidance that will lead them to excel in their lives and this is what Sportsify is good at and all of us enjoy what we do and the way we do.

SPORTSIFY Advantage and Holistic Ally are those unique programme that bring about this possibility to school students in the age group of 9 to 14 years. Both the career programmes are as follows: -

SPORTSIFY Advantage is a defined career programme which primarily focuses on Sports education and career choices. It deals with all the aspects of the sport from the very basic to advanced career programme wherein a student can pursue it as a professional sportsperson representing their school, state and country; and

Holistic Ally is a psychometric assessment-based career programme which analysis every student over 13 years of age in deciphering the possible career choices where the child will have the best chances to succeed be it their career or their life. One thing that we firmly believe is that every parent wants their kids to do well and be happy in their life and career and Holistic Ally is such an enabler for these students. It is about the 360-degree development of a student which delves into his/her personal, social, educational, emotional, environmental and spiritual well-being of every student.

The programme is designed to educate school students on three major aspects of the game: -

Basics of the game along with the rules of the game;
Basic skills of the game; and
Physical Fitness along with diet and nutrition plan for the game.

Beginners

The programme is designed for shortlisted school students who wish to progress further into the game and develop their skills which will lay the foundation for Professional Sporting Career. The students are given opportunities to participate in inter-school and other district level championships to gain further insight in the game.

Internship

The programme is designed to develop the student who intends to pursue the game as a career for themselves. These programme will pave the way for State and National Level Championship exposure and ultimately to International Championships. Our panel of experts guide them in their career path who intends to pursue it.

Holistic Ally

Helping the student make the right career choice is of prime importance for us at Holistic Ally. We are their allies when it comes to discovering the career that is rightly suited to them on the basis of their attitude, aptitude, academic excellence, personal likes and dislikes and many more qualitative aspects of our personality. We have designed a process which evolves the student and his/her personality throughout their schooling and college days before their enter into their careers.
